Pioli close to extending Milan contract until 2024
Milan head coach Stefano Pioli is close to extending his contract with the club, according to journalist Nicolo Schira.
According to the source, the negotiations have reached their final stage. The 56-year-old specialist under the new contract will receive about 3 million euros plus bonuses. The agreement will be calculated until the summer of 2024.
In October, Pioli was named the best coach of the Italian championship at the end of the month. Milan are second in Serie A with 32 points, while leading Napoli have the same points.
